Warning to potential customers - Dishonest pricing and extremely slow service
I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would like to warn others.

I lost my car key and went to this place to get a replacement. I explained that I needed a new key as soon as possible. They quoted me a price, I agreed, and they placed the order, assuring me that they would contact me when the key arrived.

However, they didn't get back to me for over two months - for what was supposed to be an emergency situation! During that time, I managed to find my lost key. When they finally contacted me after this long delay, I still went to pick up the key I had ordered, intending to pay as agreed.

Then came another surprise - the final price was about 50% higher than what I was originally told. The person who initially handled my order claimed that the original price was only for the key itself and that I now had to pay significantly more for the programming.

At no point during my initial visit was this additional cost mentioned. It felt like a classic bait and switch. I had to argue my case for nearly half an hour, insisting that changing the price after the fact was dishonest and unfair. After much back and forth, they reluctantly gave me a discount, but the whole experience left a terrible impression.

Be careful when dealing with them! ⚠
Expect long delays, even for urgent matters.
Ask for every detail in writing - especially the full cost breakdown.
Don't trust their initial quote as they may add unexpected charges later.
If they can take over two months to respond to an emergency request, I can only imagine how they handle regular orders!
