I left my car for a simple Oil Change. A car that has not have a single glitch in a year on the central panel is suddenly disconnecting randonmly now. No idea why. It was my first time there and certainly did not get the best impression.

Update 07/05. After a meeting with Mr Karamovic, the car was checked again to try to find the reason for the glitch. The glitch is not happening now and even tough the personnel did not find the reason for that behaviour, I appreciate the effort taken to take away all the security worries I had.

Useless service! I wanted to drive a car and reserved an appointment weeks before to do it. On arriving, was informed, that the vehicle is not available.
Guys we are in 2024, and am not sure if it's problem with Germany and its customer service, was expecting much better, but really not this. Already inform the customer before hand next time, when something is not available. I don't wanna come back here again.
