Really nice experience all in all. They are quick to respond on emails and messages. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn't stayed longer in the saloon and Mr Wolfram was expecting me and was super fast with helping me load the bike in the van. I can recommend Honda Patrick Hamburg 👌👌👌

Whole process of buying was done online. I bought KIA Niro. Contact with seller was profesional, fast and capable. Vehicle was indentical to the online description. 4 month wait for a service appointment for a kia bought from this dealer 2 years ago. Kind of "fire and forget". They will sell you the car and no help in service after that. Kia 7 years warranty is kind of a lie. They don't have replacement parts and not enough service facilities ... You have just to wait and hope they will replace expensive defective parts.

Easy to find, just off the A7. Very hard on price, unwilling to negotiate a little. Bikes are displayed well, plenty of space and good light.
